Kudos to RWorldToronto

We thought we were doomed when our HP 4V cartridge ran dry. Neither the box stores nor HP listed the replacement. We even called HP directly. It took a while to find the right person, but eventually we were told that they no longer supported the 4V. I know it's old (14 years) but it still works like a charm, and it's our work-horse printer . We found you in a google search and what a lucky break. It was very reassuring to talk to you on the phone, and we received two reconditioned cartridges by courier early the next morning. We were up and running at the start of the day with no problem, and virtually no lost time.

We're a small consulting firm, and as you know, these little crises never happen when there's lots of time to find a solution. We were fortunate to find you and we were very impressed by the high quality and low price of your product, and by your immediate response to our order. Couldn't have been better, thanks.

Dear Brian,

Thank you for the assistance you provided during the recent hectic tax period. When I called you concerning a 'glitch' I experienced while printing the loads of tax returns you immediately provided a “fix” for the problem so that I could continue working. Later, you personally delivered a brand new replacement cartridge.

Certainly, I would not have received such excellent service from Staples or even my previous printer cartridge supplier. I really do appreciate the quality and timeliness of your service.

I am printing this letter with the ink cartridge you sold me. As you can see, it works flawlessly. Thank you for proving wrong all those people who have told me, in the past, that recycled ink cartridges leave smears and blobs all over the paper.
